    Renew your Teaching License at Ursuline College

    For more than 25 years, Instructional Delivery Services (IDS) has been meeting the needs of teachers seeking courses to maintain their license. Ursuline has partnered with IDS to offer 3-credit graduate courses taken are online and self-paced to meet the needs of busy teachers.

    Whether you are seeking to take a course or two, complete a certificate, or apply credits toward a degree, Ursuline College is here to support you on your journey.

    Brain, Mind, and Instructional Design Certificate

    Learning Outcomes
    • Students will analyze research and claims related to the brain and learning to differentiate between myths and facts. 
    • Students will design brain, mind, instructional design, and delivery simulations in order to expedite and enhance learning, automaticity, neuroplasticity and
    intelligence. 
    • Students will use both diagrammatic representations or the use of video clips to demonstrate how the brain gives rise to the mind and therefore how learning occurs.
